Job summary

goldenagri is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our Denpasar, Bali team. You will collaborate with area sales colleagues to align strategies and optimize productivity while ensuring monthly performance improvements and SOP compliance.

The role requires hands-on coaching, customer service excellence, and active development of the sales force. The successful candidate will plan and execute training programs, manage sales routes, and monitor SFA dashboards to drive consistent results across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor in beverage or FMCG.
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Placement in Denpasar, Bali.
