Pt. Anzawara Satria in Tangerang is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to uphold product quality and safety for FMCG goods.

You will implement and oversee QMS, conduct inspections, and work with production teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field, at least 3 years' QA/QC experience, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the quality management system (QMS) per industry standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance.
• Investigate complaints and non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement CAPA actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and reports.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality and safety.
