amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to lead safety programs and ensure high standards for our Tangerang catering operations. You will develop, implement, and monitor food safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires proactive risk management and a deep understanding of food science and safety protocols to maintain top quality across all products and services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive food safety and quality assurance programs (e.g., HACCP, GMPs).
• Conduct regular internal audits of kitchen operations, storage facilities, and delivery processes to ensure compliance.
• Train staff on food safety best practices, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and analyze quality control data, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier quality management and ensure incoming ingredients meet required standards.
• Stay updated on local and international food safety regulations and ensure the company remains compliant.
• Investigate customer complaints related to food safety or quality and implement preventative measures.
