Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Deputy Customer Operations & Planning Manager - Java & RTM (Foods) to lead end-to-end commercial planning and execution for Foods in Java region GT & LMT and RTM & HSM channels. The role drives sales growth and profitability through channel strategy, promotions, and TTS investment, while guiding customer teams and aligning with S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related roles.
• Proven experience managing DT and RTM operations.
• Solid understanding of category strategy and commercial levers.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets across GT, MT, RTM, and HSM.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
• Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across channels and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive performance management of customer teams to achieve monthly and half-year targets.
• Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure end-to-end alignment of strategy and execution.
