Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field with GPA 3.00.
• Preferably 4 years experience as Supervisor / 2 years as Manager in HRGA in FMCG area.
• Experience in FMCG or distribution company is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Deep understanding of labor regulation and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRGA functions at the branch level and develop the HRGA team.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure manpower readiness for Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and employee administration.
• Handle industrial relations and resolve employee issues effectively.
• Oversee General Affairs: office management, facilities, asset control, and operational support.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decisions.
• Support business and operational activities of the branch.
