Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the factory HR function, aligning HR strategies with business and operations goals. You will head Recruitment, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, Performance & KPI Management, and HR Compliance to drive workforce effectiveness.

Based in the Cikarang factory, you will manage manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, ER/IR with unions, payroll processes, and KPI-driven performance programs, while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Industrial/Employee Relations experience incl. labor disputes.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience managing Recruitment, Payroll, and KPI programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for factory needs.
• Leads Industrial and Employee Relations, including grievances and labor unions.
• Oversees HR operations and payroll processes.
• Develops and monitors KPI-based performance management.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
