Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HRD Supervisor to lead daily HR operations in Jakarta. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The role requires coordinating HR activities and guiding the HR team and management. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• S1/Sarjana degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with HR Supervisor/Senior HR exposure preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR processes: recruitment, admin, payroll, attendance, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, IR, disciplinary.
• Knowledge of employment law and implementing regulations.
• Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily HR operational activities.
• Manage recruitment and selection from manpower request to hiring.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and employee administration.
• Maintain accuracy of employee database and documents.
• Administer PKWT, PKWTT, contract extensions, mutations, promotions, and status changes.
• Monitor validity of employee work contracts.
• Ensure attendance, leave, overtime, permits, and absence compliance.
• Support payroll processes with data checks and validation.
• Assist in performance appraisal, KPI, training, and development.
