Analog Canggu is a surf café that transitions into a café and cocktail bar at night, with a strong focus on music, art, and design. The venue spans 240m², seats 72 guests, and serves around 230 covers, supported by a growing team of 100 staff. Guests enjoy specialty coffee and matcha by day, and premium cocktails in the evening, alongside wholefood-based menus that are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, preservative free, and free of seed oils. Retail offerings center on surfboards, reflecting the brand’s coastal and surf culture identity. The team is young, energetic, and culture-driven, and the business is scaling further in 2026 with new experienced hires.

Role Description

The Floor Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Badung Regency, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations during both day café service and evening cocktail bar service. This role coordinates staff on the floor, ensures smooth table turnover, and maintains high standards of guest experience, service speed, and product quality. The Floor Supervisor supports the team by guiding service flow, resolving guest issues, monitoring cleanliness and ambiance, and ensuring that music, art, and design elements contribute to the overall vibe. Additional responsibilities include supporting staff training and coaching, assisting with sales initiatives and upselling, communicating closely with the bar and kitchen teams, and providing feedback to management on operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for coordinating staff, liaising with guests, and collaborating with bar and kitchen teams.
• Proven Customer Service experience in a café, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Experience in Training and Coaching team members to maintain service standards, consistency, and a positive floor culture.
• Sales abilities, including upselling food, beverages, and retail items, and supporting revenue-focused initiatives.
• Previous experience as a floor supervisor, shift leader, or similar hospitality role.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Interest in surf, café, bar, or lifestyle culture and alignment with Analog’s music, art, and design-focused vibe.
• Availability to work a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
