Job summary

PISON Group in Bali is seeking a passionate Captain Floor to lead daily restaurant floor operations and supervise the service team. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service quality, and support efficient restaurant operations.

Key duties include leading FOH staff, coordinating with kitchen, handling guest inquiries, and training team members to uphold company standards and SOPs. Strong English communication is preferred for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop service staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and guest issue handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Welcome and engage with guests to deliver an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve promptly.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in organizing daily floor operations and team assignments.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and guest service.
• Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and readiness before shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area at all times.
• Manage seating, reservations, and table turnover to maximise efficiency.
• Assist in inventory monitoring for Front of House supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
