Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to scale vehicle supply across Bandung and surrounding areas. You will drive the acquisition and retention of fleet owners and drivers across vehicle types including Pickup Bak, Vans, Engkel, Double Engkel, Fuso, and Tronton.

You’ll design acquisition strategies, pitch online and in person to fleet owners, activate onboarded fleets, lead a field sales team, build an active driver affiliate network, and monitor supply KPIs to meet regional targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics or startup experience, with deep knowledge of the West Java market.
• Strong connections within regional driver communities; Sundanese language preferred.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and lead direct sales or partner acquisition.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Build an active driver affiliate network and partner with local driver communities.
• Manage offline driver events, fleet activations, and initiatives.
• Monitor supply pipeline data and consistently meet individual and team KPIs.

What you’ll need
