Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage vehicle stockyard operations, ensuring quality through PDI and strict inventory control. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, vehicle condition, and compliance with safety standards in our Bogor facility.

Responsibilities include overseeing PDI processes, preparing Vehicle Condition Reports with VIN and engine numbers, coordinating yard layout and vehicle movements, and aligning physical stock with PO and shipping docs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in vehicle stockyard operations, warehouse management, PDI, or vehicle quality control.
• Strong understanding of PDI standards, vehicle quality requirements, inventory control, and workplace health & safety standards (HSE/K3).
• Valid car driver’s license with ability to operate vehicles and manage large vehicle inventories and movements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes to ensure every vehicle meets quality, safety, and readiness standards.
• Prepare and analyze Vehicle Condition Reports with accurate VIN and engine numbers, system updates, and status documentation.
• Manage daily vehicle stockyard and warehouse operations, including yard layout planning, vehicle movement control, space optimization, and real-time inventory accuracy.
• Ensure consistency between physical stock, inventory systems, POs, and shipping/import documentation; support stock audits and reconciliations.
• Identify and manage stock discrepancies, vehicle damages, and potential claims; coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure SOP and safety compliance.

We are looking for Warehouse Specialist to manage vehicle stockyard operations and ensure high standards of vehicle quality through effective Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and inventory control. This role plays a critical part in maintaining stock accuracy, vehicle condition, and compliance with operational and safety standards.

• Execute and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes to ensure every vehicle meets GreenSM’s quality, safety, and operational readiness standards
• Prepare and analyze Vehicle Condition Reports with accurate unit identification (VIN, engine number), system updates, and clear documentation of vehicle status and readiness.
• Manage daily vehicle stockyard and warehouse operations, including yard layout planning, vehicle movement control, space optimization, and real-time inventory accuracy to support smooth operations.
• Ensure full consistency between physical vehicle stock, inventory systems, Purchase Orders (POs), and shipping/import documentation, while supporting regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Proactively identify and manage stock discrepancies, vehicle damages, and potential claims, provide corrective action recommendations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure full compliance with GreenSM SOPs and workplace health & safety standards (HSE/K3).

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in vehicle stockyard operations, warehouse management, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), or vehicle quality control.
• Strong understanding of PDI standards, vehicle quality requirements, inventory control, and workplace health & safety standards (HSE/K3) in warehouse or stockyard environments.
• Valid car driver’s license with the ability to operate vehicles confidently and manage large vehicle inventories and movements.
