Job summary

GSM | XanhSM Co.,LTD is seeking skilled professionals to manage fleet operations, asset handling, and warehouse processes at hubs across Jabodetabek. The role requires keen attention to vehicle documentation, stock audits, and effective use of WMS and Excel.

You will oversee on-site activities, ensure accurate record-keeping, and coordinate vehicle registrations, handovers, and periodic reporting to support smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Asset Management, Warehouse Operations or Transport/Logistics.
• Experience with physical vehicle inspection, stock auditing, and vehicle documentation (STNK/KIR).
• Proficient with WMS, Fleet tools, and MS Excel.
• On-site placement at Hub/Depot locations across Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities

• Control the quantity, quality, and status of vehicles in stock, and ensure the warehouse management system is updated accurately.
• Manage the Company’s assets, equipment, and facilities at the Hub/Warehouse.
• Complete vehicle registration and licensing procedures in alignment with the operational schedule.
• Execute the handover and return process of vehicles and uniforms to Drivers.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Asset Management, Warehouse Operations, or Transport/Logistics.
• Hands-on experience in physical vehicle inspection, stock auditing, and vehicle documentation (STNK/KIR).
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Fleet Management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, strong ownership, and good coordination skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent (experienced High School/SMK/Vocational graduates are welcome to apply).
• Willing to be placed on-site at assigned Hub/Depot locations across Jabodetabek.
