Job summary

Akulaku is a leading fintech platform in Southeast Asia, operating across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia. We are seeking a proactive WhatsApp/Chat Agent in Jakarta to engage with customers, answer inquiries about BPKB loans, and guide leads toward closure.

The role emphasizes high-volume responsiveness, customer-first service, and collaboration with the sales team. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in chat-based customer service or telesales, familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM

Qualifications

Minimum education: High School or equivalent / D3 / S1.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a WhatsApp/Chat Agent, Customer Service Agent, or Telesales Agent.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is a plus.
Target-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to handle a high volume of leads.
Experience in fintech, multifinance, or BPKB financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer customer questions on the BPKB loan, including eligibility, vehicle, amount, tenor, and application steps, etc.
Follow up with interested customers on WhatsApp and move them through to closing.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
