Akulaku Group in Jakarta is seeking a proactive WhatsApp/Chat Agent to handle customer inquiries on BPKB loans, guiding applicants through eligibility, loan amount, tenor, and steps.

You will follow up with interested customers on WhatsApp, push them toward closure, and verify application progress, including pages and documents. Minimum education is high school with at least 1 year of related experience; fintech exposure is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a WhatsApp/Chat Agent, Customer Service Agent, or Telesales Agent.
• Experience in fintech, multifinance, or BPKB financing is a plus.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is beneficial.
