Job summary

Akulaku Group di Jakarta Pusat mencari pemimpin telesales outbound untuk memimpin tim, membagi target, dan memantau kinerja secara rutin.

Anda akan membangun kerangka kerja telesales, termasuk skema kinerja, skrip telepon, pelatihan, dan standar QA, bekerja sama dengan pemimpin tim telemarketing.

Gunakan CRM dan alat analitik untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan bottleneck, merencanakan headcount, merekrut, serta mengembangkan tim demi kinerja berkelanjutan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher; Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
• 2–4 years in consumer finance, telesales, micro-lending, or BPKB-related roles.
• At least 1 year of team-lead experience; BPKB / car-loan telesales TL background preferred.
• English as working language: able to independently join meetings, write reports, and present in English.
• Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia; able to effectively manage local team.
• Data-driven; able to read funnel/dashboard data and quickly identify weak stages.
• Former frontline telesales agent is a strong plus.
