• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference/background checks and present shortlisted candidates.
• Provide recommendations on candidate selection, salary offers, and market insights.
