Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition/Candidate Sourcing professional to support hiring managers in executing recruitment activities. You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other channels, and conduct initial HR screening to assess fit and motivation.

You will prepare shortlists, coordinate interview schedules, maintain ATS data, and contribute to SLA tracking and employer branding initiatives within IT/tech recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related HR function are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and willing to conduct recruitment interviews.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and service expectations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling recruitment data and administration.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and the IT / technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment activities.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial / HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and alignment with job requirements.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and interview summaries for review by hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment SLA tracking, including candidate submission, response time, and interview coordination.
• Handle recruitment administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates to support a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in talent attraction initiatives, employer branding activities, and Talent Acquisition / HR projects.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.
