Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is hiring a Recruiting professional to source and attract candidates, build a strong talent pipeline, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fintech-focused organization. The role requires evaluating candidate qualifications, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and providing market insights to shape offers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with ATS and MS Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Familiar with ATS/recruitment tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good understanding of recruitment and behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Experience in Fintech or Banking is preferred.
