Job summary

You will design and manage training programs, evaluate providers, and oversee LMS-based learning content. Excellent communication and BEI skills are essential, with English proficiency preferred for stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Training & Development.
• Strong BEI interview skills and sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding follow-up.
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, Job portals, agencies, referrals, and local platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, requirements, and priorities; provide progress updates and reports.
• Track recruitment metrics: pipeline, interview conversion, time-to-hire, and hiring completion.
