Job summary

Moneed in Indonesia seeks a proactive Business Development & Partnerships professional to identify and onboard merchant and payment gateway partners for ShopeePay, SPayLater, and SeaBank. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, integration, and activation to enable productive partnerships.

You will drive revenue and improve customer experience through marketing collaborations and regular performance reviews while coordinating with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and partnerships, preferably in fintech.
• Data-driven with proficiency in pivot tables and ability to translate data into decks for external reporting.
• Strategic thinker with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Highly motivated and target-driven team player.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire merchant and payment gateway partners (online, local & overseas) for ShopeePay, SPayLater, and SeaBank.
• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, integration, and activation.
• Grow partnerships through marketing activities, collaboration, and regular performance reviews to drive revenue and profitability.
• Build strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Continuously identify business opportunities to improve products and drive transactions, with focus on partner needs and customer experience.
