Job summary

You will own negotiations, structure mutually beneficial deals, and align collaborations with DIPAY's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include managing partner performance against OKRs, optimizing costs, ensuring regulatory risk controls, and guiding integration and product initiatives with partners.

Qualifications

• Strong partnerships and strategic partnerships skills.
• Solid sales and negotiation skills with pipeline management and deal closing experience in B2B or fintech contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Robust analytical skills for performance assessment and data-driven decisions.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related industries is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and lead negotiations with strategic partners to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deals with DIPAY's goals and objectives.
• Oversee partnership performance, ensure OKRs are met and optimized.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to support expansion and product enhancement.
• Focus on cost efficiency in partnership operations and SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement risk mitigation.
• Lead integration between DIPAY and partners ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to design initiatives with partners that drive product success.
