Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree required, 02 years in financial operations or fintech.
Strong attention to detail and accurate records.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Familiar with AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Execute routine daily settlement and processing for fiat and blockchain-based transaction queues.
Perform accurate daily reconciliations and maintain transaction logs.
Monitor transaction queues to meet daily SLA cut-offs.
Identify processing errors and escalate with context.
Leverage AI tools and templates to streamline tasks.
Maintain clear communication with peers and stakeholders.
Contribute to team OKRs and initiatives.
