You'll work under supervision, use approved AI tools to streamline tasks, and collaborate across teams to meet daily SLAs. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial operations, banking, payments, fintech, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine daily settlement and processing for fiat and blockchain transaction queues.
• Perform accurate daily reconciliations and maintain transaction logs.
• Monitor transaction queues to meet daily SLA cut-offs and prevent backlogs.
• Identify processing errors or system glitches and escalate with context.
