Job summary

You will handle VIP guests, coordinate reservations, and respond to guest requests with professionalism. A 1–2 year background in fine dining and a polished appearance are expected; flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in fine dining, luxury restaurant, or hospitality.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle VIP guests and guest complaints professionally.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and table reservations.
• Able to manage walk-in guests, reservations, and seating arrangements.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Height/appearance should be presentable and suitable for a fine-dining environment.
