Raffles Bali is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to deliver flawless service in our Restaurants/Bars, enhancing guests’ dining experiences with a warm, attentive approach. You will handle reservations, manage flow, and greet guests with genuine hospitality.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in waitstaff, strong F&B knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. Luxury service experience is valued; onboarding includes brand-standard procedures and Upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as waiter/waitress.
• Good knowledge in food and beverage service.
• Luxury experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide smooth, faultless service in Restaurants/Bars for guests and potential guests.
• Handle reservations and manage guest flow to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Explain menu, answer questions, and suggest appropriate food and beverage options.
• Take orders and deliver items promptly according to standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand service sequences.
