PT. ETEX BUILDING PERFORMANCE INDONESIA is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the finance function in a multinational manufacturing group. You will analyze cost and revenue drivers to improve operating performance and enforce strong financial controls in a dynamic team.

The role requires IFRS/GAAP knowledge, English fluency, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and a track record in management accounting. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, support audits, and ensure tax

Qualificações

• 4+ years in general and management accounting in a large manufacturing or multinational company
• Knowledge of Indonesia GAAP/IFRS
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience from a Big Five Public Accountant Office is preferable
• SAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency
• Detail-oriented, good planner and communication skills
• Experience in an international company and dynamic team

Main function:

To provide business data and analysis of monthly financial and operating results to managers to assist in business decision

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze cost and revenues to provide insight into operating performance and implement proper analytical review of key financial and operating KPI’s

Cost price calculation, control operation Variance, monitoring Variance for APAC companies

Capex projects, to monitoring spending and financial control

Experience in the following areas will is also required for this position:

• Local and group legal and statutory requirements
• Financial planning, asset management and controlling function
• Monthly, quarterly & annual financial / other reporting
• Statutory audit/fillings
• Direct & indirect taxes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in general and management accounting (on a leader role of finance function in a large manufacturing company / multinational company), preferable has experience in KAP
• Knowledge of Indonesia Accounting GAAPS/IFRS is essential
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience from one of the Big Five Public Accountant Offices is preferable
• SAP knowledge and MS Office excellent
• Detail, good planner and good communication
