Job summary

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and optimizing cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX. Experience in manufacturing finance and cross-functional collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills.
