ECCO Tannery Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Business Controller to join our Sidoarjo team. The role partners with operations to provide cost data, performance insights, and financial analysis across the business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business controlling or data roles, solid data management and analysis skills, and proficiency in Power BI and SQL, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in Business Controlling / Process Engineer / Data Engineer or similar role
• Proven data management and data analysis skills with Power BI and SQL in manufacturing environments
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English

Mansioni

• Provide costing and business performance analysis and reporting
• Monitor business performance trends, risks and opportunities
• Reconcile raw material consumption, inventory and production waste
• Support regular internal audits, including stock counts and verifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide relevant business insight
