PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Finance Transformation & Systems professional to bridge Finance, IT, and digital initiatives in Jakarta. You will optimize ERP functionality, standardize workflows, and lead automation and reporting improvements using Power BI and RPA.

The role emphasizes translating finance requirements into system specifications, coordinating with vendors, and driving cross-entity transformation projects with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or AIS.
4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation or finance systems.
Experience with ERP implementation and UAT is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and standardize finance processes across entities.
Lead ERP/system enhancements, including requirements and UAT.
Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting using RPA where possible.
