Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Finance Digital Transformation leader to design and execute the roadmap for transforming finance operations. You will drive automation, governance, and system enhancements across business units, acting as the business owner for ERP and related finance applications.

You will manage multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate with IT, Internal Audit, Tax, and Procurement, and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Finance Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance operations via automation, system enhancement, and digital innovation.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives across all business units.
• Establish digital governance and prioritize projects based on business value.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end finance processes, especially in shared services, and automate workflows.
• Act as Finance Business Owner for ERP and finance applications; collaborate with IT on implementation and maintenance.
• Manage finance transformation projects from initiation to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and SOPs for new digital processes.
