Job summary

MatchaTalent is partnering with a fast-growing international FMCG company to recruit an Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems in Jakarta. This techno-functional role connects finance operations, IT systems, and digital initiatives to standardize processes, optimize ERP, and drive automation across multiple entities.

You will lead ERP enhancement projects, coordinate with IT and external vendors, perform UAT, and develop robust financial reporting using Power BI while exploring RPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
• 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory role in multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
• Hands-on ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP implementation, process mapping, or UAT.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI and RPA experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and controls.
• Develop and update SOPs, workflows, and process documentation across entities.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects including UAT and implementation.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for IT and vendors.
• Serve as the liaison between Finance, IT, and external providers.
• Support intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, and management reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve data accuracy.
• Build financial dashboards using Power BI and BI tools; support RPA initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and collect user feedback for improvements.
• Support cross-functional transformation and adoption of new processes.
