Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems to bridge finance operations, IT systems, and digital initiatives. You will standardize workflows, optimize ERP functionality (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Yonyou), drive automation with Power BI and RPA, and lead UAT across multiple entities.

The role emphasizes process improvement, intercompany accounting, and accurate reporting, requiring 4–7 years of experience and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–7 years in accounting or finance transformation.
• 2–3 years in senior or supervisory roles in multi-entity environments.
• Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Yonyou.

Responsibilities

• Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and control improvements.
• Develop and improve finance SOPs, workflows, policies, and process documentation across entities.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects, including requirements, config support, UAT, implementation, and reviews.
• Translate finance requirements into functional system specifications for IT and vendors.
• Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and external technology providers.
• Support intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
• Develop financial dashboards using Power BI and BI tools.
• Support RPA and digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows.
