Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Finance Transformation & Systems Assistant Manager in Jakarta to bridge finance operations, IT, and digital initiatives. You will standardize workflows, optimize ERP functionality, and lead automation projects across multi-entity operations.

Key duties include ERP enhancements, UAT leadership, and developing Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting. The role requires 4–7 years in finance transformation, strong ERP experience, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/AIS or related.
4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
2–3 years in senior/supervisory roles in a multinational FMCG/multi-entity environment.
Strong intercompany accounting & financial consolidation knowledge.
Hands-on with major ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Yonyou).
Experience with ERP implementation, module enhancements, and UAT.
Strong finance process improvement, workflow optimization & SOP standardization.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with Power BI, data analytics or RPA is advantageous.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
Excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication.
Professional English proficiency; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Able to work independently with Finance, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and controls.
Develop and document finance SOPs, workflows, and policies across entities.
Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects, including UAT and implementation.
Translate finance requirements into functional specifications for IT/vendors.
Act as liaison between Finance, IT, business units, and external providers.
Support intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, data analysis, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve data accuracy.
Develop financial dashboards using Power BI and BI tools.
Support RPA and other digitalization initiatives in finance.
Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
Support cross-functional transformation projects and change adoption.
