Blibli OMG in Medan is seeking a Finance Team Leader to supervise the Finance Depo team, ensure accurate billing, AR management, and timely collections to support healthy cash flow.

You will monitor AR aging, approve invoices and credit notes, and drive process improvements in AR workflows while coordinating with cross-functional partners. On-site role, Monday–Saturday, Medan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with strong exposure to Accounts Receivable and team supervision.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, credit control, and collection strategies.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly Accurate, and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the Finance Depo team, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Review and approve invoices, credit notes, and reconciliation reports.
• Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately and comply with financial standards and company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve payment and billing issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline AR workflows.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

As a Finance Team Leader, you will lead the Finance Depo team in managing billing, collection, and accounts receivable processes. What You’ll Bring to the Team:
