Job summary

Blibli OMG is seeking an Area Retail Supervisor to lead and manage retail store operations across the region, driving sales and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You will guide store teams, strengthen market presence, and oversee area performance from execution to profitability.

You’ll rotate across stores or areas as needed, bringing strong leadership, market knowledge, and a hands-on attitude to a fast-paced retail environment committed to growth and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably gadget or mobile phone retail.
• Proven experience leading retail teams and managing multi-store or area-level operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to rotate across stores or areas as needed.

What You’ll Do
