Job summary

Blibli.com membuka posisi Lead Finance Depo untuk memimpin tim Finance Depo dalam penagihan dan pelaporan AR. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup memantau AR aging, mengevaluasi akun terutang, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan akuntansi dan standar perusahaan.

Posisi ini menuntut gelar di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan, pengalaman 5 tahun di AR, serta kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan kepemimpinan tim. Penempatan kerja di Medan, dengan fasilitas kerja on-site dan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan diperlukan.
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Keuangan/Akuntansi dengan fokus Accounts Receivable.
• Pemahaman kuat terhadap proses AR, kontrol kredit, dan strategi penagihan.
• Fasih menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi (terutama Accurate) dan Excel.
• Kemampuan analitis, pemecahan masalah, serta kepemimpinan tim.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan mengawasi tim Finance Depo untuk penagihan dan penagihan tepat waktu.
• Memantau AR aging, follow up akun terutang, dan mengembangkan strategi peningkatan efisiensi penagihan.
• Memeriksa dan menyetujui faktur, nota kredit, dan laporan rekonsiliasi.
• Memastikan semua transaksi AR dicatat dengan akurat sesuai standar keuangan.
• Menyusun laporan AR bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan untuk direview manajemen.
• Mendukung penutupan bulan dan tahun fiskal.
• Bekerja sama dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pembayaran dan penagihan.
• Menyarankan dan menerapkan peningkatan proses untuk arus kerja AR.
• Berkontribusi pada perencanaan anggaran, proyeksi, dan manajemen arus kas.

• Lead and supervise the Finance Depo team, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Review and approve invoices, credit notes, and reconciliation reports.
• Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately and comply with financial standards and company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve payment and billing issues
• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline AR workflows.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with strong exposure to Accounts Receivable and team supervision.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, credit control, and collection strategies.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly Accurate, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
• High attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work on-site in Medan.
