Job summary

Blibli OMG is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to oversee the offline mobile-phone distribution network in Aceh. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, identify new business opportunities, and drive depot performance with a focus on profitability and strong client relationships.

Based in Aceh, you will travel across assigned locations, lead a field sales team, and align activities with brand standards and company goals to deliver sustainable growth for Blibli OMG’s offline footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, field execution, or trade marketing, preferably within the gadget industry.
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong understanding of general trade dynamics, merchandising, and retail execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
• Willing to be based in Aceh.

• Take ownership of the entire customer sales process — from approach to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
