Job summary

ICAN Education Consultant Medan is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our team.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, maintain financial statements and ledgers, and prepare monthly and yearly reports, while ensuring accuracy in invoicing and distributions. Fresh graduates are welcome or candidates with 1–2 years of experience, with strong English and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficient in English (written).
• Strong numerical accuracy and commission tracking experience.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly PPh 21 and PPh Final UMKM.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Sheets and related accounting software.
• Highly organized and proactive.

Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including maintaining financial statements, general ledger, invoicing, as well as monthly and yearly financial reports.

Accurately calculate, monitor, and track commissions and related financial distributions.

Handle and apply routine tax obligations, specifically PPh 21 and PPh Final UMKM .

Maintain organized physical and digital financial documents for auditing, reporting, and record-keeping purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding and strong foundation in general accounting principles.
• Fluent and proficient in written English.
