Job summary

PT. CSK CHUNSHIN INDONESIA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Tax Specialist to support daily transactions, assist in monthly reports, and handle Indonesian tax requirements including PPN and PPh 21/23/25. The role requires accuracy, English proficiency, and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with e-Faktur. Manufacturing experience is preferred; location is Semarang, with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in accounting, finance, or taxation.
• 1+ year experience in a similar role (manufacturing preferred).
• Familiar with Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh 21/23/25) and e-Faktur system.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily accounting transactions (journal entries, invoices, petty cash, etc.)
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheets
• Handle tax-related matters (PPN, PPh 21/23/25, SPT, and e-Faktur)
• Ensure compliance with government tax regulations and reporting deadlines
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal departments
• Support finance team in budgeting and expense control

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Familiar with Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh 21/23/25) and e-Faktur system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar)
• Detail-oriented, honest, able to meet deadlines, and proficient in English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
