Job summary

PT Karyagraha Nusantara is seeking a Finance Accounting – Staff to manage day-to-day financial transactions, bank payments, and petty cash, ensuring accurate data entry.

This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, 1–2 years in Finance Accounting & Taxation (AR/AP), knowledge of banking procedures, and the ability to maintain transparent records. Jakarta-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in Finance Accounting & Taxation (AR/AP).
• Knowledge of banking transactions and processes (SI, Cheque, Bilyet Giro, FX, etc.).
• Petty cash handling and daily transaction validation; bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute day-to-day financial transactions, bank payments, petty cash.
• Data entry, input and record financial transactions accurately.
• Monitoring payment schedules and financial budget.
• Ensure accurate and transparent record keeping of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute day-to-day financial transactions, bank payments, petty cash
• Data entry, input and record financial transactions accurately
• Monitoring payment schedules and financial budget
• Ensure accurate and transparent record keeping of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents

Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Finance Accounting & Taxation (AR/AP)
• Work knowledge of banking transactions such as Bank Instruction Letter (SI), Cheque & Bilyet Giro, Foreign Exchange Transaction etc.
• Petty cash handling & validates daily transactions, bank reconciliation
• Coordinates with other divisions for vendors & third parties payable
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit–credit, journal entries, reconciliation)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Finance and other divisions
• High integrity in finance transactions, following tax laws, anti-fraud rules, and banking regulations
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta
