Job summary

PT. ANUGRAH KONSULTASI BISNIS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to oversee FAT activities and ensure accurate records in Jakarta.

The role focuses on PPh 21 and PPh 23 calculations, documentation, and reporting, with strong emphasis on Excel-based analysis and timely financial statements. You will supervise the finance team, coordinate with internal and external parties, review reports, and maintain tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• Experience with FAT, PPh 21, and PPh 23.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily FAT activities and ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle FAT, PPh 21, and PPh 23 calculation, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial reports and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Supervise daily Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) activities and ensure accurate financial records.

Handle PPh 21 and PPh 23 calculation, documentation, and reporting.

Prepare and review financial reports and perform account reconciliation.

Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Manage finance and tax documentation in accordance with company procedures.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, data processing, and reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding finance and tax matters.

Supervise the finance team and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.

Experience handling FAT, PPh 21, and PPh 23.

Good understanding of financial reporting and tax administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
