Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and minimum 3 years in F&A.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/Accounting systems; capable of financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments.

Job description

We're looking for a detail oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting professional with solid experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and tax functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, month & year end closing, also management reports, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Indonesian tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain internal controls, improve accounting processes, and support internal & external audits.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business operations and perform other finance and accounting duties as required.

Requrements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and tax
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Indonesian tax regulations, and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (Yonyou or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in leading a team or supervising junior accountants is an advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency and professional certifications are considered strong advantages.
