• Detail-oriented, analytical and able to work under pressure.

Job description

Finance Manager MANDARIN Speaking position in a logistics and freight forwarding company. You will be responsible for handling financial transactions, managing logistics-related costs, ensuring tax compliance, supporting import-export processes, and providing financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

Lead the FAT team and make regular timely reports to Directors and Head Quarter in Mandarin

Handle daily financial transactions (AP, AR, and general ledger)

Monitor and record logistics-related costs (freight, customs duties, warehousing, etc.)

Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations

Ensure accurate cost allocation for import/export activities

Manage cash flow related to logistics operations

Verify and process invoices from vendors (shipping lines, forwarders, customs brokers)

Monitor shipment costs vs. budget

Calculate, prepare, and report taxes (especially PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT/PPN)

Prepare cost analysis reports for logistics expenses

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in logistics or trading company

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, VAT)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure

Ability to communicate in Mandarin language is a must and English is a plus

Brevet A & B certification (tax) preferred

Experience in import-export and customs processes is a plus
