Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with standards.
• Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with audit teams and ensure documentation.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Finance professional with Mandarin language proficiency to join our team in West Java on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our Financial Accounting & Reporting division, where you will play an essential role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the company's financial objectives. Your multilingual capabilities will be invaluable in our increasingly international business environment, enabling you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients across different markets.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliation of accounts
• Conduct financial analysis and variance investigations to support business decision-making
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning
• Liaise with audit teams and external auditors during audit processes
• Maintain documentation and filing systems in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Communicate financial information to Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, providing translation and interpretation support as required
• Support the finance team in adhering to accounting policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within financial operations

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with professional-level English communication skills
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting within a professional accounting environment
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with financial reconciliation, account management, and month-end closing procedures (preferred)
• Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting requirements (preferred)
