Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is building a pool of Mandarin-speaking FAT professionals for opportunities across industries in Indonesia. The roles span Senior Staff to Manager, requiring strong technical knowledge and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities include managing daily finance, accounting, and tax operations, preparing financial statements and reports, and overseeing AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly closings. Strong PSAK and tax knowledge, plus Excel/ERP proficiency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Mandarin language skills: reading, writing, and speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance, accounting, and tax operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and periodic financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and monthly closing activities.
• Handle tax administration, calculation, reporting, and compliance, including PPh, PPN, and other applicable Indonesian tax obligations.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities when necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management, colleagues, or business partners regarding financial matters.
• Support internal control implementation, financial audits, and process improvement initiatives.

We welcome finance professionals with different levels of experience, from Senior Staff and Supervisor to Assistant Manager and Manager, who have strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

About you

Must have mandarin language skill ; reading, writing, speaking

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation; experience requirements may vary depending on the position level.

Mandarin proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate in a professional working environment.

Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.

Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance, including PPh and PPN.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Good communication and coordination skills, particularly in a multicultural working environment.
