PT Huang Jian Xiong invites applications for Finance Accounting & Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to lead finance, accounting, and tax activities across the group in Indonesia.

The role requires strong leadership, accuracy, and ability to coordinate with management in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and delivering timely financial reporting and budgeting support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax roles.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managerial or supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting regulations.
• Experience with financial reporting, tax reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Handle taxation including PPh, VAT, and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Finance Accounting & Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

This position requires overseeing financial operations, accounting management, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting across the company. The role demands a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, leadership, and the ability to coordinate closely with management in a fast-paced business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations of the company
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and management reports
• Monitor company cash flow, operational expenses, and financial transactions
• Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial documentation
• Ensure proper implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls
• Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closing processes
• Handle company taxation matters including PPh, VAT, and related tax reporting
• Ensure company compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial requirements
• Coordinate with management regarding budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost control
• Supervise finance, accounting, and tax staff performance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax roles
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managerial or supervisory level
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and accounting regulations
• Experienced in handling financial reports, tax reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software
