Job summary

PT Logimark Forwarding Indonesia is seeking an Assistance Finance Manager & Director Personal Assistant to support the Finance Manager, manage financial tasks, and assist the Director with administrative duties.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP proficiency, and excellent English/Bahasa communication. You’ll coordinate with auditors, ensure tax compliance, and help refine finance processes in a dynamic forwarding company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance, accounting, or auditing, or 3 years as assistant manager.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in SAP or Accurate ERP and MS Office.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager with daily administrative tasks and coordinate activities.
• Help develop financial processes and prepare monthly/yearly reports.
• Prepare closing schedules and verify ERP entries before period close.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants; ensure tax compliance.
• Inform directors of regulatory changes in finance and taxation.
• Support director’s administrative tasks, notes, reminders, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and sales to ensure processes
• Follow up on directors' schedules, tasks, and papers

Assistance Finance Manager & Director Personal assistance

Assistant Finance Manager and Personal Assistant to Director at PT Logimark Forwarding Indonesia, a middle-sized Freight Forwarding company. The role involves assisting the Finance Manager on daily administrative and coordination tasks, supervising financial activities, and providing administrative support to the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager on daily administrative and coordination tasks and supervise financial activities
• Assist Finance Manager on developing financial working processes
• Assist Finance Manager in preparation of financial reports, monthly and yearly
• Prepare schedules for closing and check entries in ERP before executing close of period
• Coordinate with external parties such as auditors and consultants
• Ensure Company tax compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Inform and give head up to newly regulations in finance, reporting, taxation and General Company regulations
• Organize Director administrative tasks, including meeting notes, reminders and any others Director's tasks
• Follow up on directors' schedules, tasks and papers
• Coordinate with other finance colleagues, operations, and Sales to ensure financial processes are well executed

About you

• Bachelor's degree or diploma preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance or Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, accounting or auditing as staff, or 3 years as assistance manager or in Auditing firm
• Strong knowledge on Financial Management, Financial reporting, accounting standards (Local and international), Indonesian Taxation matters
• Proficiency in accounting ERP such as SAP or Accurate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent and good communication in English both written and spoken
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Bahasa and English
• Able to work as team, independent and fast learner
• Capable to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks
