Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia seeks a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily finance operations and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The role requires strong leadership, Mandarin fluency, and a deep understanding of AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliation, and financial controls.

You will coordinate with Indonesian and China-based management, assist budgeting and analysis, and supervise monthly closings to meet deadlines while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with 1–2 years in a Supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance, AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work full-time.

Responsibilities

Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance, AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under deadlines, and possess strong leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting/ERP systems is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills with Chinese Management/Finance Teams.

Willing to work full-time and be assigned based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a Chinese/China-based company or a company with Chinese management.

Previous experience using Mandarin in a professional working environment.

Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is a plus.

Experience with ERP/Accounting Systems is a plus.
