Job summary

Dynapackasia seeks a seasoned Finance & Accounting leader to drive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will ensure timely closes, strengthen internal controls, and support audits while partnering with business leaders on cost optimization.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 8+ years in finance with at least 3 years in management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.
