Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience; 2+ years in supervision or team management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, with full-set accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting (RM, WIP, finished goods, COGS) and ERP operations.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial accounting, general ledger management, and ERP accounting operations.
• Perform monthly closing and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity across ERP, finance, warehouse and production.
• Manage AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory, cost accounting and GL accounts; ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee production cost accounting, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods and COGS.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities and HQ Finance for audits and financial reviews.

Job description

Responsible for daily financial accounting, general ledger management and ERP accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance and financial data management.

Perform monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.Handle and reconcile Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cost Accounting and General Ledger accounts.

Responsible for month-end closing and account reconciliations, ensuring consistency among ERP, business, warehouse and production data.

Manufacturing Cost & Inventory Management

Responsible for production and product cost accounting, with solid knowledge of Raw Materials, WIP, Semi-finished Goods, Finished Goods and COGS.

Manage inventory counts and the accounting treatment of inventory discrepancies, including inventory gains, losses and write-offs.

Tax & Cash Management

Responsible for tax filings and tax compliance, ensuring consistency between tax and financial data.

Manage cash and bank accounts, prepare cash flow forecasts and cash planning.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities and HQ Finance for audits and financial reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience. 2+ years of supervisory or team management experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, with solid full-set accounting experience and the ability to independently handle ERP accounting operations.

Experienced in manufacturing cost accounting, with knowledge of Raw Materials, WIP, Semi-finished Goods, Finished Goods and COGS.

Good written and spoken English.
